Ye Fang (b. 1962, Suzhou) is a Senior Artist at the Suzhou Chinese Painting Academy. He is a member of the Jiangsu Branch of the Chinese Artists Association and was the Art Director for the video platform Yitiao. Ye Fang gained recognition for designing and constructing the contemporary private garden “Nanshi Piji” in the ancient city of Suzhou, and has exhibited his garden works at the Venice Biennale. He regards gardens as the bearer of cultural ideals, and as an artist, his life course and creative ideas exude a profound humanistic essence. He is known as the “pioneer of refined living in China.”

In 2018, Ye Fang gave a lecture on “Elegant Gardens” for ICAST.
