Wang Yuwei holds a PhD in Sociology from Renmin University of China, is a CFA Chartered Financial Analyst (University of British Columbia), and holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Economics. He has worked in finance, marketing and branding at HSBC (China) Limited and the Sino-American Sky Summit Club in New York. He has lived abroad for several years and is currently Vice President of Wantong Investment Holding Co., LTD., Publisher of Art Trade Journal, and General Manager of Art Business Media.

In April 2020, Wang Yuwei gave a series of lectures at ICAST on Trust Revolution in the Information Age – from Bitcoin to NFT.
